Q: How do I make my equalization payment?
A1: Equalization if paid individually can be done through Canada Helps using 06 \u2013 General Funds & tax receipt will be issued via Canada Helps. In the Donations notes field, please include “National Assembly – Your region”
A2: Equalization from fundraising activity(ies) cannot be submitted through Canada Helps. Please send a cheque payable to “Christian Life Community Canada”<\/strong> to National Treasurer, 307-225 Wellesley St. E. Toronto, ON M4X 1X8.
No tax receipt will be issued for equalization payment that comes from fundraising activity(ies).
Q: How do I make my equalization payment?

A3: If a Region decides to use a portion or all of the flow thru funds with CLC National to apply against their equalization share for the National Assembly, an email can be sent to National Treasurer, marilou.gonzalez@christianlifecommunity.ca and must mention an approval given by the Regional Exco to disburse the flow through.

*NOTE: each region is handling their equalization payment fund raising differently. Please connect with your local council for details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: I am a regional delegate, part of the writing team, General Council member, or speaker, how do I receive reimbursement for my flights?
A: Send receipts as attachments via email to National Treasurer at marilou.gonzalez (at) christianlifecommunity.ca including address where cheque reimbursement will be sent. She will acknowledge receipt & confirm reimbursement details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: I am a regional delegate, invited guest, part of the writing team, General Council member, or speaker, how do I receive reimbursement for my local travel?
A: Send receipts as attachments via email to National Assembly Coordinator at NAtravel (at) christianlifecommunity.ca. Your submission will be acknowledged & e-transfer reimbursement details confirmed.

Travel – local participants<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Q: I’m a local participant and I would like to travel with the group? How will I meet up with you?
A: When you register for the Assembly, you will be asked your Arrival information. Select the response:
I am a local participant and would like to travel to the Bethlehem Centre with other CLC members.<\/em>
We will email and coordinate specific meeting time and location with you closer to the Assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: I’m a local participant and I would like to make my own way to Bethlehem Centre?
A: When you register for the Assembly, you will be asked your Arrival information. Select the response:
I will be making my own way to the Bethlehem Centre and will check in by 5pm on Thursday, November 14, 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travel – out-of-province participants<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Q: I will be travelling to British Columbia ahead of the assembly and would like to make my own way to Bethlehem Centre?
A: No problem. Please arrive by 5pm AND when you register for the Assembly, you will be asked your Arrival information.

Q: I have mobility issues (e.g. reduced balance, use a mobility aide, reduced endurance) and I’m concerned I won’t be able to navigate public transit with my luggage.
A: We will have a limited number of vehicles travelling to Bethlehem Centre. Please email NAtravel@christianlifecommunity.ca and we will work out the best transportation plan for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: What do I do if my flight is delayed? Or my travel plans change.
A: Prior to the assembly, we will provide out-of-province travelers with a contact person to reach out to in the event of unexpected changes, delays, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
